Last night, all was well with my computer. Woke up this morning with a black desktop (icons still intact) and a window stating: 'The Windows Vista Home Premium product key you typed is invalid for activation.' My choices are: *Buy a new product key online *Type a different product key *Contact Dell to help resolve this problem Dell has not been very helpful to me in the past so I hesitate to call them. (My Dell came pre-installed with Vista. I installed SP1 a couple weeks ago without incident.) I made NO changes to my computer between last night and this morning.

I had a major laptop crash last week and ended up reinstalling Windows 7 Professional. When trying to reinstall Expression Web 4, it keeps telling me that my product key is invalid. This is the exact product key that I used the first time I installed Expression Web 4, I am copying and pasting it directly from the email I got from Microsoft Store. I bought a laptop in 2007 that came pre-loaded with Windows Vista, it had the product key to it on a little sticker on the bottom of the laptop, like most computers do.
